всем привет, стимпанкеры, мастера и любители что то смастерить своими руками!
наконец очень близко к своей цели- начать лить всякие детали для поделок, а также изготавливать серийно интересные поделки, стимпанк в том числе)
в прошлой теме я показал как сделал восковые копии талисмана удачи, но это всего пример, с таким же успехом может быть отлита любая и стимпанк штуковина, с драг метала также как и с латуни или любого другого сплава. одна из самых больших трудностей была грамотно сделана печка, которая могла бы делать нагрев постепенно, шагами… час при одной температуре, потом 2 часа при другой итд, и потом так само остывать шагами. от этого зависит качество формы — опоки, основы основ)))
ранее я уже делал попытку сделать печку из огнеупорного кирпича, нооооооо-
ГЛАВНЫЙ недостаток- инертность и теплоемкость кирпича, как результат — до выхода на 700 градусов уходило 3 часа и куча потерь тепла и електроенергии(((
задумал сделать я что то напоминаюшее заводской муфель, купил плиту шпгт 450 и сделал печку из нее.
